Her unceasing efforts are focused on fostering the positive changes essential for the success and well-being of our communities.   Tamela Standard's life stands as a testament to the transformative power of compassion, education, and advocacy. Master Chief Joel Williams is a distinguished United States Naval Leader with over two decades of dedicated service to our country.  MC Williams' commitment to mentoring and guiding young minds has left an indelible mark on every community he's touched. His inspiring journey as a servicemember and a devoted mentor has not only enriched the lives of countless children but has also paved the way for the creation of healthier, more prosperous communities that will continue to give back to society for generations to come. His legacy is one of selfless service, leadership, and an unwavering dedication to the betterment of our nation's youth and the communities they call home.    

Ammarah Golphin, Empowerment Coach, a dedicated advocate helping women and children triumph over the challenges associated with incarceration. With unwavering determination, she empowers others to recognize the immense value of sisterhood and the importance of accountability partners, even from a young age.   Her life's work is an inspiring testament to the resilience of the human spirit. She acts as a guiding light for women and children navigating the complexities of having a loved one incarcerated or experiencing it firsthand.  With a passion for lifting others up, she teaches people the power of mind set shifting  to break down the barriers that incarceration can impose on individuals and their families. Her message is clear: regardless of circumstances, there is always an opportunity for growth, empowerment, and positive change. 

 David Shrank MSW, LCSW-C, LICSW,  

David Shrank, a licensed therapist, social worker, and the Founder and CEO of Empowerment Behavioral Therapeutic Services. In addition to his clinical expertise, David serves as the Chair of The National Trauma Education and Policy Board, solidifying his reputation as a leading authority in trauma counseling and advocacy. 

Recognized for his outstanding contributions, David has earned renowned accolades in the field. His work in providing wrap-around services demonstrates his unwavering commitment to holistic care. He is also a fervent advocate for the humane treatment of incarcerated individuals, actively championing the belief that everyone deserves a second chance.
